Lots happening this week, yesterday the pups had their first real groom followed by a photo session. Today it was Vet day, nine pups packed into crates by 8:30am and off to the Clinic. Everyone got two thumbs up from Dr. Michelle along with their first shot and Microchip. I was very proud of how happy they all were, well a couple of last two to be examined looked a little frumpy as I had to wake them up for their exam. Over all lots of tail wagging and kisses from everyone.
**I have been dealing with the Northumberland Veterinary Services for more then 20 years, there website is here http://www.nvpc.ca/
Dr.Michelle Chiunti wrote an excellent article on what constitutes a medical emergency for your pet, I thought the new owners would find her guidelines interesting and helpful when faced with a health issue and trying to decide if it is appropriate to call your Vet's emergency services, or, rather to wait until regular business hours, check it out at http://www.nvpc.ca/assets/Emergency-Emergency.pdf
